Final Sale & Shipping Policy

Shipping Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address at checkout, including unit, suite, or apartment numbers where applicable. Please verify your address before confirming your order. Panel Punch Pro is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages If a package is returned to us as “Undeliverable” or “Return to Sender” due to a customer address error:

  • Redelivery Only: We do not offer refunds or cancellations for address errors. Our sole responsibility is to deliver the product purchased to a valid address.

  • Reshipment Fee: The customer must provide a corrected address and pay a reshipment fee before the item is sent out again.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: If a reshipment is declined, please note that the original shipping and handling fee ($12.00) is non-refundable, as these funds were paid to the carrier at the time of the initial shipment.

No Returns / Final Sale Due to the nature of our precision tools, all sales are final once the item has been processed and shipped. To maintain the quality and integrity of our inventory for all customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind” or “one-time use” scenarios.

Delivery Confirmation Once the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) confirms delivery to the address provided, the transaction is considered complete. Panel Punch Pro is not responsible for items stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery has been made to the address on file.
