The Rocker Switch Cut Out Tool creates a clean 21.5 mm × 37 mm (.846 in x 1.456 in) rectangular hole—perfect for all standard automotive, marine, RV and industrial rocker switches without filing or grinding.
What panel materials and thickness can it handle?
The Panel Punch Pro Works well up to .080 Aluminum (can go up to .100 but more difficult). Up to 18 gauge Steel (can go up to 16 gauge but more difficult). Up to 1/8″ Plastic, ABS, HDPE
Do I need to mark or drill pilot holes before punching?
Yes – mark your hole locations with the supplied template, then follow the full drilling sequence in our Operating Instructions before punching for perfect, repeatable results every time.
Can it be used for boats, RVs, and off-road vehicles?
Absolutely. The Panel Punch Pro is perfect for marine installations, RV conversions, off-road vehicle modifications, and more.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed same day. Shipping times vary based on your location but usually arrive within 3–5 business days within the U.S.
What happens if I provide the wrong shipping address?
If you catch the error before we ship, email us immediately at info@panelpunchpro.com to update it. If the item is returned to us by the carrier as “Undeliverable,” you will be responsible for the cost of a new shipping label to have the item sent to your corrected address.
Do you offer refunds if the address was wrong?
No. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for address errors. Our policy is to fulfill the order by redelivering it to a valid address provided by the customer. Please note that the original $12.00 shipping fee is non-refundable.
Can I return the Panel Punch Pro after using it for my project?
No. To ensure every customer receives a brand-new, precision-grade tool, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for “one-time use” or “change of mind” scenarios.
What if my package is stolen after delivery?
Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the transaction is considered complete. We are not responsible for “porch piracy” or items stolen after a confirmed delivery.
